Deciding Factor #2: Buffer Space
How much buffer space will you need?
First things first, you will want to place your golf screen a minimum of 12-16 inches away from the wall behind the impact screen itself. Additionally, it may also be important to account for some buffer space to avoid touching anything. There are an infinite number of ways to design your golf simulator, but generally speaking we recommend:
Subtracting 4-inches from the height you have available
NOTE: This general guideline assumes you are using our 6” black ball bungees and hanging it from a 1-inch pipe. If you are using a different method, this guideline should get you close, but make sure your design will allow for fine tuning the fit of your screen. You will need to allow for some movement, never install it in a tight or ridge fashion.
Deciding Factor #3: Actual screen dimensions?
Now that you have mastered the first two deciding factors consult the product page specifications tab to confirm the actual screen dimensions. Please allow for slight variances as all screens are made by hand.

Deciding Factor #4: Height and Accuracy of the Golfers
For golfers with limited space, darker environment and predictable accuracy consider a shallower depth enclosure. Or for additional protection of your surroundings and to shade the screen from ambient light, creating a brighter image, consider a deeper enclosure. Again, make sure you have enough room to safely swing the club.
